The Healing Light Institute of Spirituality
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
"This is for all South Africans an unforgettable occasion. It is the realisation of their hopes and dreams that we have cherished for decades. We are starting a new era of hope, of reconciliation, of nation-building,"
He wants to move forward and forgive those who wronged him. I admire him for this , not many people can move on after being imprisioned.

Extra Credit class evaluation
I enjoyed the first semester of British Literature. I really liked our inclass descussions, it allowed me to see peoples point of views and provieded me with the chance to see things from a new perspective. I also liked how we would watch a movie after reading shakespears acts, it helped me better comprehend the literature and cleared up any misunderstandings. our projects were also fun and allowed us to use our creativity.

saturn devouring his child
He grabs his offspring tearing his head off
Attepmting to keep history from repeating itself
Scared that he will one day overthrow him
As he did to his father
"Will they one day turn on me "
"I cant have this "
"They all must die"

SONNET 145
Those lips that Love's own hand did make
Breathed forth the sound that said 'I hate'
To me that languish'd for her sake;
But when she saw my woeful state,
Straight in her heart did mercy come,
Chiding that tongue that ever sweet
Was used in giving gentle doom,
And taught it thus anew to greet:
'I hate' she alter'd with an end,
That follow'd it as gentle day
Doth follow night, who like a fiend
From heaven to hell is flown away;
'I hate' from hate away she threw,
And saved my life, saying 'not you
This sonnet is about a man who is afraid that his loved one, no longer loves him . She says the words 'I hate ' and he thinks she means him. Untill one day she say him crying and realized she was hurting him. She then began to try and learn new ways to be nice. Finally she said I hate and added the words not you, which I believe was her way of saying 'Dont worry I love you '. After that his pain was gone .

Wife of Bath
I dont think the wife of beth is a women we should be proud of. She had too many husbands and acted like it was no big deal. She acted like marrage was no big deal and you could do it as many times as you wanted. The thing is marrage is something speacial and should only be done once not 6 or 7 times. It makes it lose value and its sacredness.

Modern Day Pardoner..
I think the modern day pardoner would have to be one of those people at church events that try to sell you things. Sometimes the things they try to sell you are really weird and fake. They sometimes tell you the they have holly water when in reality its plain regular water. They try selling you little charms and things with saints you never heard of. So i think its them all they want is to make some money using god as their cover .
